    Bloomberg unveils 'Waterfalls' art project in NYC  Jun 27, 2008
    It features four mammoth waterfalls emptying into the East River and New York Harbor and stands as the biggest public art project since artists Christo and Jeanne-Claude put up "The Gates.".
