The pink-on-yellow lettering is in a font used by trendy faux-Japanese sushi bars and clubwear brands 10 years ago to denote "cool, cute Japanese rave culture." By 2006, though, this pinky-cute Fake Tokyo look is tired; redolent of forgotten Bjork remixes and Mariko Mori self-portraits. Nevertheless, I go. (Wired News)
