    BUDAPEST, Hungary - A fresco which may be the work of Italian renaissance painter Sandro Botticelli has been found in the ruins of a Hungarian palace, the Education and Culture Ministry said Friday. The fresco depicting four female figures representing the four cardinal virtues wisdom, temperance, courage and justice was first unearthed in the 1930s, but art historians and restorers recently discovered that one of the figures bore the trademarks of Botticelli's style.     The name is provoked by a favorite painting "Primavera" by Sandro Botticelli, which depicts the Three Graces and other deities. "I have always loved that image and have been intrigued with how many artists through time have chosen to depict them."     Botticelli, Lippi named as sketch creators  Sep 19, 2006
    A new exhibit in Florence, Italy, reveals Sandro Botticelli and Filippino Lippi were the creators of a number of previously anonymous Renaissance sketches. The news agency ANSA reported Italian researcher Lorenza Melli is set to reveal her findings regarding the 47 sketches and preparatory drawings at the Dutch University Institute for Art History.
